Mukherji Consulting LLC (MC) is a startup information management and technology consulting firm. Founded in 2016 by Dr. Prithviraj Mukherji PhD, it is the second startup he has founded, the first one being Data Concepts Inc. which ran for 26 years before being retired in 2011.
MC’s goal is to develop and support technologies, standards and infrastructure for interoperable global access by healthcare providers, researchers and others to healthcare data for research and treatment purposes.
MC’s vision is to foster global access to healthcare data for research and treatment purposes keeping in mind the security, privacy and confidentiality requirements.
MC uses a patent pending risk management system (Probability Levels Underlying Total Operations – PLUTO) to evaluate risks of project/program failure through improper assessments of budget, schedule and quality parameters. PLUTO presents relevant best practices, procedures and policies to mitigate identified risks. Associated budget impacts are presented to project’s decision makers.

— Apply principles of model based systems engineering for developing system, operational and technical views for complex system of systems that are geographically dispersed across the globe.
